Research & Development

Solar Recovery Corporation continues to work with strategic partners to further develop systems and processes for the Solar PV Panel industry.

SRC will continue to further develop the recovered raw materials so that they can be used in different applications creating new industries within Australia and Internationally.

  • LME is a research organisation developing world leading solutions and technology. The Consortium is involved in various research and development projects with national and international partners. LME continue to work closely with ERMA and drive the policies for recovered materials.

  • The innovative research centres at Deakin help to solve global challenges, creating smarter technology. Deakin has a deep history forging partnerships with leaders in industry, government, and research to solve problems, share ideas, and inspire work-ready graduates. Solar Recovery Corporation has established a collaborate partnership with Deakin University’s Institute of Frontier Materials and Manufactures in developing a higher value silicon recovered from the SRC technology.

  • The European Raw Materials Alliance (ERMA) Was announced on 3 September 2020, as part of an action plan on critical raw materials, and the publication of the 2020 list of critical raw materials. The action plan looks at the current and future challenges and proposes actions to reduce Europe's raw materials dependency on third countries, diversifying supply from both primary and secondary sources and improving resource efficiency and circularity while promoting responsible sourcing worldwide.

  • UNSW is one of the leading research-intensive universities in the Asia Pacific region with world class expertise, facilities and infrastructure in professional and scientific fields. Engagement and linkage with external partners from industry, government and other organisations is fundamental to our mission. The SRC technology provides high quality recovered raw materials ready for reuse.
